This is a 6 month program to ensure we create the most gentle, loving, supportive and correct eating plan for you.
It is common to add on additional follow ups as needed after completing the initial Happy & Healthy Program to monitor and retain your renewed health for the long-term.

One On One Nutrition Consulting
There will be some work to do before you arrive in Denver. We will have a virtual pre-retreat session ahead of your visit to Denver to review your individual health needs and goals. When you arrive, I will prepare a personalized supplement regimen and help you implement your specific tools in a meaningful, sustainable way. Utilizing existing labs, medical history paperwork, goal setting documents, action plan exercises, we will come away from the retreat knowing the exact direction we want to go for a customized nutrition program to boost your health and vitality.
Group Sessions
These interactive and educational sessions help you learn in-depth about Hashimoto's, your immune system, your thyroid and your digestive system. Through worksheets, journaling and discussion, you will create your own total body wellness vision.
These sessions are also meant for asking/answering questions, sharing with one another what is working and what is not. Also, accountability, connection and knowing that you have an advocate (me) and a team (the other participants) in your corner are a critical piece of being successful.
Bio-Impedance Analysis Test
You will receive a body composition test in order to best understand your unique body composition, hydration status, resting metabolic rate and cellular health status.
Many of our goals will be dependent on this test and my interpretation. Knowledge about your body composition enables you understand what your body needs, and with hard work, you will literally get to see the fruits of your efforts from the retreat.

Introducing the Evexia Labs Client Portal
Depending on your unique health and nutrition goals, additional laboratory tests are important - and sometimes required - to assess your unique situation. You will pay for all labs associated with your program through the Evexia Labs Client Portal.
Testing will ideally be completed in the time before the retreat starts (if time allows, testing must be submitted before July 1st).

NOTES ABOUT FUNCTIONAL/NUTRITIONAL LAB TESTS
Lab tests are necessary for your success - "test, don't guess"!
Please plan for some suggested lab test costs as part of your overall nutrition program investment. Together we will determine which tests make the most sense in order for your nutritional program to be successful.
Unless otherwise discussed at the time of your initial free phone consultation (because for some specific reason they are contraindicated), a minimum of 1-2 lab tests are required as part of every customized nutrition program. That is because I do not have a magic looking glass (I'd be a lot cooler if I did).
Finally, pricing is set by the lab, and self-pay (meaning there is no insurance coverage) is the only option.
NOTE: if payment has not been made for a test, the lab will only hold results for 30 days before they are disposed of. Therefore, timely payment is critical to staying on track.
